If you feel that you meet the criteria above please complete our Application Form. We normally accept application within 5 years of retirement.

Once we have received your application form we will notify you to confirm whether you have been accepted to our lists. In the general course of events we will then contact you around autumn time the year before your retirement to get an update of your position and preferences for where you want to live.

It is important to note that the Society’s ability to house any applicant always depends upon the resources it has available to it at the time and, whilst we will always try our utmost to help, sadly we cannot give an absolute guarantee that suitable accommodation will be available when required. As a result, therefore, you should always remain open to, and indeed actively explore, any other options which might be available to you.
